As a Licensed Massage Therapist, my passion is to help people enjoy their daily lives through pain management, the comfort of movement, and relaxation. I have been practicing the art of massage since 2006. More than 5 of those years were in rehab, either at a Physical Therapist preforming pre and post operative massage or at a Chiropractor’s working with patients who have a wide array of injuries. In those settings, I have happily worked on every body type from athletes to the elderly and I have probably seen / helped every injury imaginable. My specialties consist of therapeutic massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, scar tissue work, lymph drainage, passive range of motion and of course basic relaxation. I am certified in sports massage and prenatal massage. I am also a runner and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist, so movement is my #1 specialty. But, with all that said, my #1 passion has and always will be helping people… I hope I can help you. – MA49294
