While relaxation style massages are available & therapeutic, your session may include, as needed or requested; aroma therapy, deep heat muscle therapy with steamed towels & stones, bamboo, massage cupping, AIS/PNF/Thai stretching, Functional Movement Evaluation & postural care.
BODYWORK can actually reeducate and reprogram the organism into becoming more coordinated, more flexible & more intelligently responsive… literally!
A body/mind system that is integrated in this fashion will be more able to resist depression or disease & more able to attend and repair itself in times of stress or injury.
Request a Session. You may want advice on what type of session best meets your needs. Request a Session will require confirmation and while the service time is available at the time of your request, it still needs to be confirmed. We find this option is best for first time guests, those who have limited experience with our Spa services or those with a particular need. If you’d like one of our schedulers to contact you with information on what’s available this is a great option for you. You may also hear about other items to enhance or upgrade your session, such as hot stones, etc.

All of our practitioners are fully licensed experts. Many are also specialized in targeted techniques. We often hear from clients that our group is so uniquely skilled at delivering such a variety of expert treatments with confidence and how we make them feel like family. Our guests often remark how our office location is comfortable and larger than expected. We also offer mobile table or chair massages, to meet you in your home, office or event.
